Stamping Parts (1)The shock absorbers are basically oil pumps. A piston is attached to the end of the piston rod and works against hydraulic fluid in the pressure tube. As the load travels up and down, the hydraulic fluid is forced through tiny orifices inside the piston. However, these orifices let only a small amount of fluid through the piston. This slows down the piston, which in turn slows down the load movement and absorbs the shocks. The amount of resistance a shock absorber develops depends on the speed of the load and the number and size of the orifices in the piston.
We produce different adjustable and non-adjustable shock absorbers. Most of our shock absorbers are for applications in the operating mechanisms of vacuum circuit breakers.
High quality components and strict process control is designed to assure the high quality of the shock absorbers (no oil leakage, reliable function, long service life).
